Who we are

What we collect

• When you buy. Payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email address and the payment amount so we can send your receipt and help if you have trouble downloading. We never see or store your card details.
• When you email us. Your email address and whatever you write, so we can reply.
• When you visit the site. Our host (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability.
• Advertising measurement. We use the Meta pixel, and may use Google Ads conversion tracking, to see whether our ads lead to visits and purchases. These tools use cookies and similar technology and send information such as the pages you view and whether you completed a purchase to Meta or Google. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Google account settings, or block these cookies in your browser.

How we use it

To deliver what you bought, provide receipts and support, keep records required by law (for example, tax records), and measure whether our advertising works. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the site and process payments: Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting), Meta and Google (advertising measurement), and our accounting software. Some of these providers store data outside Australia.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, by emailing admin@strikelineengineering.au. If you are not happy with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
